LED Lamp Installation Along Jl Kalimalang Accelerated

Approaching homecoming season, the street light installation keeps being accelerated along Jl Kalimalang, East Jakarta. 

It is targeted to be complete today by installing 56 lamps. Considering homecoming flow will begin this week

Jakarta Industry and Energy Dept Head, Yuli Hartono disclosed street light type light emitting diode (LED) on Jl Kalimalang is targeted to reach 56 units. Those are installed from junction of Jl Raden Inten until Caman which borders with Bekasi.

"It is targeted to be complete today by installing 56 lamps. Considering homecoming flow will begin this week," he stated, when being met at Jl Kalimalang, Monday (6/27).

2,610 LED Lamps Installed in South Jakarta

She explains, each lamp has 90 watts power. They also have been equipped with time switch technology that will turn off automatically at noon.

At the same place, Head of East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept, Nurhidayat added has coordinated with PT Wika as a contractor of Bekasi Cawang Kampung Melayu Flyover. They were asked to install spotlight along Jl Kalimalang for optimizing the lighting.
